Mark Hitchcock , Pastor- Teacher
Mark is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, holding a law degree from Oklahoma City University and a Th.M. and Ph.D., both from Dallas Theological Seminary. Mark has been serving as our Pastor since October 1992. Mark is the author of several books on Bible prophecy and related topics, including The Complete Book of Bible Prophecy and Iran: The Coming Crisis. Mark and his wife, Cheryl, have two sons, Justin and Samuel.
Scot Overbey, Executive Pastor
Scot holds a B.S. from the University of Arkansas, an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University, a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Phoenix Seminary. Scot joined our staff in 1994. Scot and his wife, Kym, have five children, Nathan, Anna Ruth, John Scot, George, and Grace.
Todd Lance, Worship Pastor
Todd holds a Bachelors of Music in Education, and Masters of Music in Choral Conducting, both from the University of Nebraska. Todd has been serving as the worship pastor at Faith Bible Church since June 2003. Todd’s passion involves leading the body of Christ in musical expressions of praise and worship to God. Todd and his wife, Beverly, have one daughter, Emily.
Jay Risner, Associate Pastor
Jay joined the Faith Bible staff in 2003. Since then he has worked with students and missions. Jay holds a BBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and earned his M.A. from Columbia Biblical Seminary and School of Missions in 2008. Jay and his wife Mandi, have twin daughters Mia and Avery and a son, Jack Dallas.
John Frawley, Student Ministries Pastor
John joined our staff on 9/14/08. Both John and his wife Kristina are graduates of Texas A&M University. John received his Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary in May of 2008. John's desire is to be a godly servant-leader who trains and equips next generation disciples of Jesus Christ. John and Kristina have one son, Ethan.
David Cotten, Pastor-Senior Adults
After serving for 33 years at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Oklahoma City and 11 years at Dallas Theological Seminary, Dr. Cotten joined the FBC staff in July of 2000 to serve as our Pastor to Senior Adults. Dave and his wife Helen have 2 children and grandchildren
Kym Overbey, Children's Ministry Coordinator
Kym Overbey has served Faith Bible Church as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator for over 10 years. She is the wife of Scot and the mother of five children – Nathan (23), Anna Ruth (22), John Scot (20), George (18) and Grace (12). She is passionate about kids coming to know Jesus Christ.
Terri Barnhart, Secretary
After attending the University of Oklahoma, Terri has been married to her beloved husband Bill for over 33 years. They have two children, Jake and Cole and one grandchild named Parker. Prior to joining the staff of FBC, she worked in the oil industry for over 20 years in Land and as an Administrative Assistant. Terri's favorite ministries are helping the poor, and working with teenagers. Previously, Terri worked with teens through Urban Outreach and is now working with teen girls in FBC’s youth group.
